Tasting Notes |
 |
Deep ruby colour with violet hues. Ripe fruit smell involved by notes of barrel toast.
At taste, it reveals smooth with a fine and persistent acidity, granting thus a strong ability to match a wide range of gastronomic dishes. Long final with memories of cherries and moka. |
