| Caves Messias was one of the most awarded company at The Best of 2009 edition of Revista de Vinhos (portuguese wine magazine). Focus on the Porto Messias Colheita 1963, which was considered Excellency Award, for excellency award, a wine will have to demonstrate to be really extraordinary . After evaluating thousands of wines during 2009, the tasters panel from the Revista de Vinhos picked the best and within those, who are considered worthy of the designation of Excellence. A total of 34 elected wines that represent the best that has been tasted in 2009, the Messias company had to be among them! In addition, Messias has won two awards in Bairrada, in this edition of The Best of 2009, with the sparkling Bairrada Quinta do Valdoeiro Chardonnay 2006 and the famous Bairrada Quinta do Valdoeiro Syrah 2007. As it could not be effective in the Douro, Messias was also among The Best of 2009 with the DADOS Reserva 2007. Caves Messias have done well, proving to be once more, the big company that it is! Producing wines of better quality, both in Bairrada and Douro, as happened this time. Congratulations! |
