Intense ruby colour. Atlantic characteristic wine, where balsamic nuances of resin and cedars get involved with iodine and salted sensations. Huge structure and great potential for ageing.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
Partial destemming of grapes before their entry into the lagars, where they were trodden by foot during 6 days. Completion of alcoholic fermentation in used french oak barrels. The 2 years of ageing in oak was followed by another year of tuning in bottle in our cellars.
