Greenish citric pale colour. Aromatic context dominated by mineral hints envolved by delicate flowers and citric fruits. Tense and fresh middle palate with noticeable clay imparting a great gastronomic potential.

Grape light pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with autochthones yeasts in old used barrels. Ageing “sur lees” during 6 months in order to reach full complexity.
