WINEMAKING PROCESS
\n<\/strong>Careful selection of grapes grown on a single plot of Quinta do Valdoeiro. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless at controlled temperature, followed by the filling of new french oak barrels where the degradation of the malic acid took place.
