WINEMAKING PROCESS
\n<\/strong>Careful selection of grapes grown on two Messias\u2019 estates – Quinta do Valdoeiro at Bairrada, Quinta do Penedo at D\u00e3o and Quinta do Cach\u00e3o at Douro valley. Manual harvest with selection being made as berry per berry. Natural fermentation with local flora at small lagars trodden by foot. Ageing into French 225 liters barrels for 28 months.
