DESCRIPTION
Pale greyish colour indicting a partially blancs de noirs in its composition. Intense nose with strong shades of red fruit and hints of baking. This fine bubble and sparse effervescence, denotes a mouth feeling of a delicate mousse, a smooth stimulus, remembering cherries, strawberries and biscuit. Crispy acidity, conveying lightness in the aftertaste.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
Careful selection of grapes grown at Quinta do Valdoeiro Estate. Light pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in steel vats under controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Long maturation “sur lees” in order to attain better complexity and excellence.
